NEW COVID-19 FLEXIBLE BOOKING POLICY
We have temporarily adjusted our policy to help you make the right decisions regarding travel until June 30th.
- Free changes up to 48 hours prior to travel
- Reservations on stand-by to assist with your questions, or to reschedule your booking
- Travel credit to the value of 100% to be spent at a time convenient to you
- Full refund in accordance with the cancellation policy
Check In 2pm-6pm and Check Out 10am.
Extra person charge $25 per night (includes bed hire & linen), max 4 per room.
Cot hire Not Available per night (includes Porta cot & linen)
Pool hours 7am to 8pm.
Apartments and suites are serviced for stays of 3 days or more every 3rd day. Daily service is available at an extra charge
Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.
A minimum deposit of $200 (Low Season), 50% (Peak Season) is required via credit card to confirm the booking. Balance of account is payable on arrival. Credit Card details are held for security.
All efforts will be made by management to place guests in the requested room category. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative room category will be allocated.
Low Season: 28 day notification, refund of deposit less $100 admin fee. 28 days or less notification - no refund
High Season: 28 day notification, refund of deposit less $100 admin fee. 28 days or less notification - no refund
We accept all Visa or Mastercard credit or debit cards ETPOS, cheque and cash. All tariffs are inclusive of any applicable government taxes and charges.
